University Real Estate is proudly owned and operated by Donnie Brown and Suzanne Moll — two long-time team members who helped shape the company alongside its founder, Bob Latimer.

Bob believed in doing things the right way: with honesty, hard work, and heart. When it came time to entrust the future of URE, he placed that trust in Donnie and Suzanne — confident they would carry forward his vision and values with the same care and commitment that built the company.

Donnie Brown, Owner & Maintenance Supervisor — has been part of the URE family for decades, leading with hands-on expertise and an unwavering dedication to quality. Known for his reliability and heart for service, Donnie ensures that every property — and every client — receives the same dependable care URE is known for.
Suzanne Moll, Owner & Property Manager — brings professionalism, warmth, and a deep understanding of Knoxville’s housing community. Her leadership in leasing, management, and client relations reflects the personal touch that has always set URE apart.

Together, Donnie and Suzanne honor Bob’s legacy every day — leading with integrity, compassion, and pride in serving the University of Tennessee community.

Remembering Our Founder: Bob Latimer

University Real Estate was founded by the late Bob Latimer, a visionary entrepreneur who transformed Knoxville’s campus-area housing landscape. Bob began by converting apartment buildings into condominiums for University of Tennessee students — sparking what would become decades of growth and service in the local real estate market.

Bob built URE through hard work, integrity, and a genuine love for people. He was a smart businessman with a heart of gold, known for his stories, sense of humor, and constant encouragement for his team to be their best.

Though Bob passed away in 2022, his leadership, passion, and values remain at the core of everything we do.

We are forever grateful for the lessons he shared, the opportunities he created, and the memories we’ll always cherish.
