Emergencies -

After Hours-Water leaks, etc. please call Donnie Brown, Maintenance Supervisor, at 865-805-0426.  Do not wait to call!  Call as soon as you are aware of the problem.  Follow with an email.

During Office Hours-Always call the office first with maintenance emergencies and follow with an email.

LOCK OUTS - If you are locked out of your unit-DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BREAK IN EITHER THROUGH THE WINDOW OR DOOR!  You will be charged for any damage you cause.  During normal business hours you may come to our office to sign out a key.  After hours you may contact Donnie Brown, Maintenance Supervisor, and for a $55 charge he will come out to your unit and unlock your door.  Payment must be made at the time of service.
